Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior/Principal Structural Engineer to lead delivery of structural design across concrete, steel and masonry, with hybrid working between office and home in multiple UK offices including Cambridge.

You will partner with clients, mentor others, and extend capability beyond water and energy sectors, supporting internal opportunities while maintaining high standards of technical delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in structural design for concrete, steel and masonry.
• Good knowledge of civil and geotechnical engineering and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Ability to coach and mentor others and develop technical capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the delivery of high-quality structural engineering projects across multiple sectors.
• Collaborate with UK clients to exceed their requirements through technical delivery.
• Report to the Specialist Structural Engineering Technical Lead and support knowledge development.
