Overview

Senior Structural Engineer – London

Salary: £55k-£60k plus benefits. This dynamic, award-winning practice is seeking a senior structural engineer for their London office. The team is small, and you will work closely with the Associate based in the office on projects across the UK. Sectors include culture, education, leisure and heritage. The role is permanent with a hybrid option of 2 days per week after probation.

You will collaborate with head office, specialising in timber structures, theatres and reuse. The teams work with like-minded architects, striving to make a positive impact on the built environment.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the head office and Associates on projects across the UK.
  • Specialise in timber structures, theatres and reuse within project teams.
  • Work with architects to deliver design intent and ensure buildability.
  • Manage your own workload and contribute to project planning and delivery.

Qualifications & Experience
  • At least 5 years' UK experience in a structural engineering role.
  • Chartered or actively working towards Chartered status is preferred.
  • Ability to manage own workload and collaborate effectively within a small team.
