Responsibilities

• Lead the way in providing safe, evidence-based care for plastics and cosmetic surgery patients.
• Make clinical decisions with confidence, supported by a highly skilled multidisciplinary team.
• Guide patients and their families throughout their journey from first appointment to final discharge.
• Become our wound care champion — provide expert wound care and tissue viability support.
• Run engaging outpatient wound care clinics and collaborate with leading external specialists.
• Be a clinical leader.
• Ensure safe, efficient patient flow and high-quality service delivery every day.
• Help shape the service by contributing to performance metrics, business planning, and quality improvement.
• Drive innovation.
• Design and deliver audits, training, education, and research projects.
• Present your findings and lead action plans that make a real difference.
• Play an active role in multidisciplinary team meetings.
