Job summary

World Bank Group in London, United Kingdom, is seeking an E T Consultant to lead Enterprise Observability and SRE initiatives. The role focuses on building and operating monitoring, logging, metrics, tracing, and event platforms across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.

The candidate will define SLIs/SLOs, manage error budgets, and drive reliability through AIOps. Strong collaboration with Cloud, DevEx, DevOps, Security and application teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SRE experience applying SLO/SLI, error budgets and incident management.
• Experience in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
• Strong communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Enterprise Observability and AIOps across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
• Design, build and operate monitoring, logging, metrics, tracing and event platforms Dynatrace.
• Materialize SRE practices into operation with SLIs/SLOs and incident reviews.
• Engineer AIOps capabilities including anomaly detection, alert correlation and auto-remediation.
• Set and enforce telemetry, logging and instrumentation standards in pipelines and platforms.
• Enable self-service at scale with templates, documentation and runbooks.
• Collaborate with Cloud, DevEx, DevOps, Security and application teams.
