Job summary

The Clog and Billycock in Blackburn, part of Brunning and Price, is seeking a Sous Chef to help drive a high-energy kitchen operation. This role is ideal for someone aiming to fast track to Head Chef, with opportunities to grow within a supportive pub group.

You’ll work closely with the Head Chef, manage daily kitchen activity, and contribute to developing exciting new dishes while mentoring the kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential.
• Working alongside the Head Chef you’ll be responsible for running the kitchen and driving the food culture.
