Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd is looking for a Sous Chef to join Little Manor in Warrington, taking a key role in running the kitchen alongside the Head Chef. You will drive food quality, maintain presentation standards and ensure exceptional service across busy service periods.

You will lead a motivated team, contribute to menu development and uphold Brunning & Price standards while progressing your career within the group.

Qualifications

• Previous catering/hospitality experience at junior sous or kitchen manager level.
• Drive food culture and lead a team in a busy pub kitchen.
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow with Brunning & Price.

Responsibilities

• Run kitchen operations with Head Chef and manage daily prep.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and service.
• Collaborate to develop exciting new dishes for the menu.
