Job summary

Brunning & Price Limited is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and work closely with the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will lead daily kitchen operations, ensure top-quality food and presentation, and inspire your team to maintain high service standards.

The role offers a competitive salary (basic up to £35k) with tronc, paid overtime, great tips, and extensive staff benefits including meals, discounts, pension, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential.
• Ability to run the kitchen alongside the Head Chef and drive a high standard of food culture.
• Willingness to develop dishes and engage with customers through menu ideas.
