The Clog and Billycock, part of Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd, is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the culinary team near Blackburn. You will shape menus, manage the kitchen, and maintain top-quality food and presentation to enhance the guest dining experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as head chef, chef manager, kitchen manager or senior sous chef in a busy, premium fresh food environment.
• Able to drive the food culture and oversee menu development with Executive Chefs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen to deliver high-quality food and presentation.
• Drive seasonal menu development in collaboration with Executive Chefs.
• Control stock, gross profit and labour to maximise efficiency.
• Collaborate with the pub manager to advance the business and guest experience.
