Job summary

Brunning & Price Limited in Blackburn is seeking a Sous Chef to fast track your career, with the head chefs of the future in mind. You will work at The Clog and Billycock, Blackburn, running kitchen operations and driving the food culture in a team-focused environment.

The package includes a basic up to £35,000, paid overtime, a bonus up to £1,500 per year, and tips. Additional perks cover meals on shift, a pension, and employee discounts across B&P and group brands.

Qualifications

• Previous catering and hospitality experience in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential.

• Work with Head Chef to run the kitchen and drive the food culture.
• Keep the team and customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
• Support kitchen operations and ensure high standards of service.
