Job summary

The Clog and Billycock in Blackburn from Brunning and Price Pubs is seeking a Sous Chef ready to fast track their career, with opportunities to grow into Head Chef roles. You’ll be part of a team in a pub environment, earning a basic up to £35,000 with tronc, paid overtime, and an annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Previous catering and hospitality experience at junior sous/sous or kitchen manager level.
• Ability to run the kitchen with Head Chef and lead the team.

About You...

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential, as well as a positive attitude. Working alongside the Head Chef you’ll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
