The Prince Of Burford, part of the Butcombe Group, is seeking a SeniorSous Chef to lead in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen in Burford. You will work closely with the Head Chef to maintain exceptional standards and to mentor a team delivering seasonal, locally sourced dishes.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside the Head Chef to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, efficiently and safely.
• Supporting with food preparation, service and day-to-day kitchen management.
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation across every dish.
• Coaching and mentoring chefs within the team, sharing knowledge and building capability.
• Helping to manage stock, ordering and kitchen compliance.
• Taking the lead in the Head Chef's absence and supporting the development of the wider kitchen team.
• Playing a key role in creating a positive, collaborative and high-performing kitchen culture.
