Brunning & Price Limited is seeking a Senior Sous Chef for The Refectory in Milford. You will lead the kitchen alongside the Head Chef, ensuring exceptional dining experiences with high standards of food quality, presentation and service. A strong focus on team leadership and culinary excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential.
