Brunning & Price Limited is seeking a Chef de Partie to join The Refectory in Millford, delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You will work across all sections, support sous chefs and the head chef, and develop your skills through our apprenticeship and internal development programmes. The role offers a base up to £31,000 with tronc, overtime pay, and generous tips, plus a range of staff benefits.

Qualificações

• You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector.
• As our chef de partie you'll be working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting our sous chefs and head chef.
