We are delighted to be recruiting for this Senior sous chef position for our clients who operate this modern 4 star hotel in Harrogate town centre, boasting a rosette standard restaurant, and quality banqueting, creating a fantastic environment for the right career minded chef to really hone their craft.
Being part of a medium sized group of Inns and hotels throughout North Yorkshire, you will be joining a group who are all about high quality service and standards, and give that independent feel while still offering the support and systems of a large hotel group.
The hotel provides banqueting for up to 40 guests, and a busy fine dinning restaurant, working within a team of 10 kitchen staff.
Having the support of an established head chef & an award winning group executive chef, the latest kit and kitchen equipment, and a first rate kitchen structure in all venues, this is the ideal opportunity for an experienced sous chef to come onboard and push to become a head chef in time, with some fantastic proven progression opportunities within the group.
