Location: Near Hastings, East Sussex
Salary: £45,000 + Tronc

Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a stunning privately owned seaside hotel near Hastings, East Sussex and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef to join their team with the view to become Head Chef.

Salary: £42,000 to £45,000
Plus tronc: circa £6,000
