Relais & Chateau at Thornbury Castle are seeking a Sous Chef to join our talented brigade of chefs. You will work in a unique and beautifully restored Castle and four Red Star boutique hotel, creating truly memorable and impressive 5-star dishes for our guests in our 3 Rosette restaurant.

Set on 15 acres of beautiful land, Thornbury Castle Hotel is the only Tudor Castle operating as a hotel in England. The Castle has recently undergone a multi-million pound refurbishment, restoring its regal grandeur. Located 20 minutes from Bristol, it offers 26 rooms and suites, an award-winning restaurant, bar, and two meeting and conference spaces. Our food style is modern British, using locally sourced produce from our kitchen garden and around the southwest. We operate 7 days a week, serving breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner, Sunday lunch, and hosting weddings and events. Our goal is to deliver “refined and personalised hospitality” to make our guests feel relaxed, special, and regal in a unique setting with exceptional staff.
