Relais & Chateau at Thornbury Castle are seeking a Sous Chef to join our talented brigade of chefs. You will work in a unique and beautifully restored Castle and four Red Star boutique hotel and create truly memorable and impressive 5* dishes for our guests in our 3 Rosette restaurant.
Set on 15 acres of beautiful land, Thornbury Castle Hotel is the only Tudor Castle operating as a hotel in England. The Castle has recently undergone a multi-million pound refurbishment, restoring its regal grandeur. Located 20 minutes from Bristol, it offers 26 rooms and suites, an award-winning restaurant, bar, and two unique meeting and conference spaces. Our food style is modern British, using locally sourced produce from our kitchen garden and the southwest. We operate 7 days a week, serving breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner, and Sunday lunch, as well as hosting weddings and events. Our goal is to deliver “refined and personalised hospitality,” making our hotel a place where guests can relax, enjoy, and feel special in a unique setting with exceptional staff.
