Job summary

Cordial is seeking a Solutions Engineer in the United Kingdom to guide client implementations of the Cordial platform, including RESTful API integrations and JavaScript snippets. You will work with marketing technology partners and internal teams to maximize platform value and ensure successful, measurable outcomes for customers.

You will be responsible for identifying issues, proposing durable solutions, and documenting repeatable processes.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or closely related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional services experience.
• Proven track record of successful platform implementations.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients as Cordial expert and align features with business goals.
• Assist with integration of Cordial RESTful API and JavaScript Snippet.
• Identify issues, propose scalable solutions and document processes.
• Collaborate with product, support, strategy, and sales teams to meet goals.
• Document all project work for a reusable framework.
