BillingPlatform is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant in the United Kingdom to guide customers through the implementation lifecycle. You will lead customer engagements, drive requirement discussions, configure BillingPlatform, and support data migration while delivering demos and training to users.

You will partner with project managers and architects to ensure successful delivery, manage risks, and advocate best practices to maximise product adoption.

Formación

• 6+ years in Business Systems, IT, or Consulting, focused on Quote-to-Cash / Billing.
• Strong billing, invoicing, monetisation, and revenue recognition expertise.
• Hands-on SaaS implementation with business analysis & configuration.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and integration patterns with ERP/CRM/tax gateways.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multi‑priority handling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client-facing sessions (onsite and remote) to gather and refine requirements.
• Drive business process redesign aligned with BillingPlatform standards.
• Translate requirements into system design, configuration, and workflows.
• Support data migration activities including mapping and validation.
• Collaborate with PMs, Solution Architects, and offshore teams to ensure delivery.
• Provide Billing expertise and best practices to ensure long-term adoption.
