Job summary

Wise is seeking a Solutions Engineering Lead in London to drive post-sales technical consulting and govern the Wise Platform partnership program.

You will lead a high-performing delivery team, design scalable microservice solutions, and mentor engineers while coordinating with partners, platform teams, and internal stakeholders across the EMEA region. Travel to partner sites and hubs will be required.

Qualifications

• Have previously worked with external parties to deliver technical projects with REST API integrations.
• Experience building, leading and mentoring driven and a high performing technical delivery team.
• Experience building and designing scalable and performing systems within a microservice architecture
• Expert on all things API, such as RESTful design, OpenAPI, OAuth2, versioning, etc.
• Have a strong product mindset and be able to support others to make the right decisions and compromises.
• Comfortable working on big challenges and a history of successfully delivering best in class solutions.
• Experience on managing client relationships and setting accurate expectations

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting and product guidance to partners integrating Wise’s services.
• Lead and mentor the Solutions Engineering team, defining goals and data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate across Wise Platform, partners, and internal teams to maximise impact.
• Travel to work with teams in London and partners across the EMEA region.
