Job summary

Cordial is seeking a Solutions Engineer to guide clients through successful Cordial platform implementations and integrations. You will advise on new features, craft best practices, and help clients achieve business goals with a focus on reliable, scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with product, strategy, support, and sales teams in a dynamic startup environment, while documenting work and ensuring client satisfaction. A BS in CS plus 4+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or closely related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in professional services.
• Track record of driving meaningful, successful implementations and managing client projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work with senior marketers, IT/systems integrators, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Be client obsessed and consult with clients as a Cordial subject matter expert.
• Identify issues, propose solutions, and develop repeatable processes and documentation.
• Act as and assist the Project Manager in managing internal and external stakeholders and timelines.
• Collaborate with product, success, strategy, support, Sales, and Engineering teams to maximize client adoption.
• Maintain organized, accessible project documentation to support success.
