Job summary

Nicoll Curtin is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join its customer-facing team in London. You will bridge technology, consulting, and commercial delivery, collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to design and implement integrated platform solutions.

You will lead technical conversations, guide integrations, and deliver compelling demonstrations and proofs-of-concept that drive successful implementations and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar
• SaaS or cloud-based technology experience
• Strong API, systems integration, web technologies, and SQL knowledge
• Exceptional communication to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable collaborating with globally distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and architecture discussions with customers.
• Provide tailored product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proofs-of-concept.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for stakeholders.
• Define integration approaches and best-practice guidance for platform adoption.
• Support API integrations and technical implementation activities with customer teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to share insights and drive product evolution.
