Job summary

Wise Platform in London is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to help banks and partners integrate Wise into their products, primarily post-sale. You will work with engineering and presales to define solutions, gather requirements, and deliver robust APIs and documentation.

You will lead complex partnerships, manage multiple integrations, and drive improvements through feedback loops with product teams. Travel to Tallinn and London to collaborate across the EMEA region and beyond.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer-facing engineering roles, preferably within financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Java (Spring), Kubernetes, AWS, and API design.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to banks and partners for integration.
• Define technical solutions and gather requirements for partner integrations.
• Support bespoke implementations across teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage multiple integrations in parallel and navigate ambiguity.
• Develop comprehensive API docs, SDKs, samples, and reference implementations.
• Lead complex partnerships between Wise engineering and partner teams.
• Establish feedback loops with product teams to drive continuous improvements.
