Job summary

Cloudflare, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead technical discovery and demonstrations for developer-focused customers. You will bridge engineering teams and sales, translating complex concepts into compelling demonstrations and architectures.

You will engage early with customers, craft tailored content, and help map customer problems to the Cloudflare platform, including Workers, R2, KV, and D1, while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales or technical customer-facing roles.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong communication with developers and executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and demos for Cloudflare prospects.
• Embed in customer Slack channels and workshops.
• Develop tailored technical content and reference architectures.
• Evangelize Cloudflare Developer Platform to customers.
• Collaborate with sales from discovery to qualification.
• Present architecture discussions to CTOs and technical leaders.
