Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer for our Developer Platform in London. You will be on the front line supporting developers building on our products, troubleshooting issues, guiding best practices, and helping customers deploy and scale applications on Cloudflare.

This hands-on, developer-focused role requires strong problem-solving, excellent communication, and collaboration with engineering, product, and GTM teams to ensure a great developer experience and long-term

Formación

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role at a cloud/SaaS provider.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset with empathy and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong understanding of developer workflows (version control, CI/CD, APIs) and debugging.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for developer customers seeking support with Cloudflare’s developer platform.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across compute, storage, and networking (e.g., debugging Workers scripts, diagnosing KV/D1 queries, resolving API errors).
• Provide clear, actionable guidance to customers, translating complex technical concepts into understandable steps.
• Triage customer issues and work with engineering to drive short-term resolutions and long-term improvements.
• Create and maintain support documentation, knowledge base articles, and sample code snippets.
• Escalate recurring issues and surface developer insights to product and engineering teams to improve the platform.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Developer GTM and sales to move customers from experimentation to production.
• Contribute to process improvements that make support more efficient and developer-friendly.
