Qualifications

  • Experience leading RPA teams, ideally within the NHS.
  • Ability to mentor and guide developers and consultants.
  • A proactive attitude towards emerging technologies and innovation.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical partners.

Job description

We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded Senior Solutions Architect to join our NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) consulting team. Specialising in AI and Automation, you'll be part of a dynamic and growing practice within our Sector vertical, covering HR, Finance and Commercial Consulting. You'll be responsible for designing the overall technical solution - how systems, tools, data and processes fit together to deliver secure, scalable and reliable automation projects. Acting as the senior expert and advisor for both the internal team and the client, you'll ensure everything being built is technically sound, meets business goals and can grow and evolve over time. This is a hybrid role, with travel expected once a week to one of our offices in Manchester, Leeds or London.

What you'll be doing

  • NHS background or experience working with NHS systems and partners.
  • Experience as a Senior Developer or Solutions Architect in automation-led transformation.
  • Knowledge across POPIT disciplines and enterprise architecture.
