Job summary

Randstad CPE in England is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead operational delivery across civil engineering and water infrastructure projects in Staffordshire. You will take full site management responsibility for delivering schemes safely, to specification, and on schedule while maximizing commercial performance.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive planning, cost control, and client reporting, while ensuring CDM compliance and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Hold a Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering.
• Experience as Site Manager/Agent for heavy civils or deep drainage.
• CSCS Card (Black or Gold) and SMSTS/IOSH Managing Safely.
• TWC and Confined Space training.
• Strong knowledge of CDM, contracts, cost control, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary site teams to deliver complex civil schemes safely.
• Manage construction programs, look-aheads, RAMS, ITPs, and procurement schedules.
• Monitor cost plans, maintain site diaries, and pursue value engineering.
• Represent client on site with weekly progress meetings and monthly reporting.
