Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee multi-site civil engineering and water infrastructure portfolios across Manchester, Merseyside and Cheshire. You will drive delivery, financial performance and client relationships, leading senior teams and ensuring rigorous safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Hold a Civil Engineering qualification (HNC/HND/degree) with SMSTS and CSCS credentials.
• Extensive experience delivering multi-site civil engineering and water infrastructure projects.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts incl. Early Warnings and Compensation Events.
• Proven ability in construction programming and tender pre-qualification processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site civil engineering teams and optimize resource allocation.
• Manage CVRs, risk registers and monthly commercial forecasts.
• Drive safety, environmental and quality compliance across sites.
• Chair client meetings and oversee pre-commencement and handover processes.
