Zusammenfassung

RSE is seeking a Civil Site Manager to take full responsibility for on-site coordination of all activities, including subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role reports to the Project Manager and offers accommodation on-site as required.

You will oversee planning, site supervision, document control, and progress reporting, with experience in water or related sectors highly valued. A UK Driving Licence is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Degree/HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Supervisory level experience on civil/site projects.
• SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS certifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence and safety awareness.

Aufgaben

• Instruct, direct, and allocate work to Trade Operatives.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality standards on site.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for inspection.
• Plan and organise work safely and efficiently.
• Update Project Manager on progress and resource needs.
