Randstad Construction and Property is recruiting a Site Agent to lead operational delivery across civil engineering and water infrastructure projects in Wiltshire. You will hold full site management responsibility, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and direct labour to deliver schemes safely, on time and within budget.

• Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely certification
• CSCS Card
• TWC (Temporary Works Coordinator)
• NRSWA Streetworks Supervisor
• Confined Space certification
• Knowledge of CDM regulations, cost control, and forecasting

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplinary site teams to deliver civil works safely.
• Manage construction programs, RAMS, ITPs, and material procurement schedules.
• Monitor project cost plans and site diaries; drive value engineering.
• Act as client interface on site with weekly progress meetings and monthly reporting.
