Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead operational delivery across civil engineering and water infrastructure projects in Wiltshire. You will take full site management responsibility for delivering clean and foul water schemes safely, to specification, on schedule.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage programs, and act as the primary client interface, delivering monthly reporting and driving commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) required.
• Proven experience as Site Agent on water/utility projects.
• Hold SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely.
• CSCS card holder and Streetworks Supervisor (NRSWA).
• Confined Space certification and CDM knowledge.
• Strong cost control and forecasting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary site teams to deliver civil works safely.
• Manage construction programs, look-ahead plans, RAMS, ITPs and procurement.
• Monitor costs, maintain site diaries, and drive value engineering.
• Act as main client interface with weekly progress meetings and monthly reports.
