Job summary

Bimplus is recruiting a Senior Site Manager for a major project in Cardiff. You will manage a dedicated section of on-site operations, coordinating window replacement, roofing, ceilings, partitions, concrete repairs, mechanical works and scaffolding within an existing building.

Reporting to the on-site project manager, you will bring SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card as minimum requirements. Procore experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card are minimum requirements.
• Experience with main contractors on similar projects is preferred.
• Procore software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a section of on-site operations.
• Coordinate works across windows, roofing, ceilings, partitions and concrete repairs.
• Ensure safety and compliance on site and report to on-site project manager.

Job description

I am currently recruitng for a Senior Site Manager to work for one of my main contractor clients on a project in Cardiff. Works will include window replacement, roofing works, ceilings, partitions, concrete repairs, mechanical works and scaffolding, all on an existing building.

Reporting to the on-site project manager, you will take resonsibility for a section of on-site operations. Previous experience of working for a main contractor on similar projects is ideal. You will also need to have SMSTS, First Aid and a relevant CSCS card as a minimum. Idealy you will have used Procore software previously as well.

On offer is long stetch of work up to 18 months in duration and rates are negotiable depending on previous experience.
