Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Cardiff is seeking a Site Manager for an 8-week refurbishment and fit-out project starting the week of 7 September. You will run site operations, coordinate subcontractors, manage the programme, and uphold health & safety standards.

The role requires SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and proven refurbishment/fit-out experience. Nights for two weeks followed by days for the remaining four weeks, rate £240 per day.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certificate or equivalent safety training required.

Site Manager - Cardiff (Nights & Days)

Site Manager required for an 8-week refurbishment and fit-out project in Cardiff, starting WC 7th September.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for running the site, coordinating subcontractors and trades, managing programme delivery, maintaining health & safety standards, and providing regular progress reports. This is a detailed project with multiple stakeholders, so strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
