Job summary

Caval is recruiting an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a roofing project in Wrexham. The role is site-based, managing day-to-day operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring safety and programme milestones on a major roofing project.

The contract runs for 22 weeks with a day rate of £250–£280. Essential requirements include SMSTS, Black CSCS Card (Manager), First Aid at Work, and Asbestos awareness.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a construction roofing project in Wrexham on behalf of a leading main contractor.

This is a non-working Site Manager position, responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards.
