Job summary

Tilbury Douglas is seeking a Senior Site Agent to lead infrastructure delivery in Thames Valley/Oxfordshire. You will coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical and ICA works on live treatment sites, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. Strong leadership and CDM compliance are essential to success in this role.

Ideally you bring an HNC in Civil Engineering, SMSTS, CSCS, and proven experience managing complex projects within a main contractor environment. Dalux experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience leading site operations on complex infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Solid knowledge of CDM Regulations and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations across civil, mechanical, electrical and ICA works.
• Oversee compliance with drawings, specs and quality standards on live sites.
• Champion health and safety, ensuring CDM compliance and safe working practices.
