Job summary

Mott MacDonald Bentley is seeking a Site Agent to join our integrated design and build team, covering water projects across the Thames Valley region with sites including Banbury. You will lead projects from tendering and design through construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery safety, on time and to budget.

The role requires CSCS and SSSTS/SMSTS certification, and a relevant HNC or degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Qualifications

• CSCS qualification required.
• SSSTS/SMSTS qualifications preferred.
• HNC / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations and ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the client's quality expectations.
• Collaborate with design and commercial teams to improve delivery efficiency and manage risk.
• Oversee site-level procurement, subcontractor logistics and health and safety reporting.
• Keep the client informed of project progress and address concerns.
• Act as Temporary Works Coordinator, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
