Job summary

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd invites applications for a Site Agent to lead day-to-day management of water infrastructure projects across the Thames Valley region. You will ensure works are delivered safely, on time and in line with regulatory and client requirements.

Projects cover water networks, treatment works, pumping stations and associated civil works. As the successful candidate, you will oversee on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors and direct labour, monitor progress and costs, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing water/utility civil projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards.
• Experience with water authority frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site activities for water and utilities projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour and suppliers.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specs and programme.
• Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor progress, costs and reporting to Project Manager.
• Perform site inspections, quality checks and snagging.
• Maintain site records, RAMS and daily reports.
• Liaise with clients, inspectors and local authorities.
