Job summary

Tilbury Douglas is recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager to lead a portfolio of water infrastructure projects across Thames Valley, Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. You will deliver projects safely, on time and within budget while building strong client relationships and guiding multidisciplinary teams.

You will hold a Civil Engineering/Construction Management degree with a CSCS card; Chartered status is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is essential.
• CSCS card required.
• Chartered status (ICE/CIOB or equivalent) advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of water infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery against programme, budget, quality and safety objectives.
• Provide operational leadership and development to Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with Thames Water and key stakeholders.
• Oversee commercial performance, budgets, risk management and resource planning.
• Drive continuous improvement and sustainable construction practices in line with company procedures and safety standards.
