Tilbury Douglas is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead a portfolio of Thames Water water infrastructure projects across Thames Valley, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. You will drive delivery, safety, quality and financial performance while building strong client relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams.

You will have a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, CSCS, and a proven track record in a main contractor setting.

Qualificações

• Experience leading multiple projects within a main contractor environment.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required.
• CSCS card essential; chartered status advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of water infrastructure projects to meet programme, budget, quality and safety targets.
• Provide operational leadership and development to project teams and engineers.
• Build strong relationships with Thames Water and key stakeholders to support collaboration.
• Oversee budgets, risk, and resource planning to drive efficiency and outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement and adherence to health and safety standards.
