Job summary

Thames Water is delivering Maple Lodge Sewage Treatment Works upgrades and needs a Site Agent to lead a key section of works on this major infrastructure project.

You will drive safety culture, coordinate site teams, supply chain partners and subcontractors, and translate design information into practical delivery solutions while mentoring engineers and supervisors.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Experience on infrastructure or wastewater construction projects.
• CSCS card and Full driving licence.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Join us as a Site Agent on one of Thames Water's most significant infrastructure upgrades at Maple Lodge Sewage Treatment Works. This major scheme will play a vital role in increasing treatment capacity, improving environmental performance and strengthening long-term resilience for the region. What will you be responsible for?

As a Site Agent, you'll be working within the Thames Water team, supporting them in delivering exceptional outcomes on this major infrastructure project. Your day to day will include:

You have an HNC/HND or Bachelor's degree (or demonstrable equivalent experience) in civil engineering discipline

• You have practical experience working on infrastructure or wastewater construction projects, with a focus on engineering assurance
• You have the ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications and design packages
• You hold a valid CSCS card and Full driving licence
• You have excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and construction-related software
