Responsibilities

Lead large and complex engagements and delivery teams while guiding customers.
Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and technical architectures aligned to long-term objectives; integrate AI into processes.
Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes and define future-state technical solutions.
Review, guide and validate deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing, and documentation.
Coach and mentor engagement managers to drive solution quality and value realization.
