Job summary

Vallum Associates is seeking a senior ServiceNow Project Manager to lead large, complex engagements for professional services. You will provide technical leadership across ITSM, ITOM and ITAM, design scalable workflows, and guide AI-enabled integration with client processes.

Leadershio of delivery teams, conducting workshops and ensuring high-quality deliverables are essential. Certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS; PMP/Prince2) are expected, with a strong focus on value realization.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Professional Services / ServiceNow project management.
Proven expertise in ServiceNow platforms across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and workflows.
Certifications: CSA, CAD and CIS; PMP or Prince2.
Experience leading large, complex engagements and delivery teams.
Design scalable ServiceNow workflows and architectures with AI integration.
Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state solutions.
Review, guide and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and documentation.
Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Associate Engagement while driving value realization.

Responsibilities

Lead large engagements and delivery teams with strong technical leadership.
Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions aligned to customer objectives and integrating AI.
Conduct workshops to assess current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
Review and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and documentation.
Coach Engagement Managers and associates to improve solution quality and customer value.
