Job summary

Qualifications

8+ years of Professional Services / ServiceNow Project management experience.
Experience with ServiceNow Platform and ITSM/ITOM/ITAM workflows.
Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS; PMP/Prince II certifications.
Leads large engagements and delivery teams, providing technical leadership.
Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and architectures; integrate AI into processes.
Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state technical solutions.
Apply AI tools to streamline workflows, generate insights and support initiatives.
Review and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and documentation.
Coach and mentor Engagement Managers to drive solution quality and customer value.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable ServiceNow workflows and platform architectures.
Oversee integrations, testing and technical documentation to ensure quality delivery.
