Job summary

89 Solutions, a Moveworks partner, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer based in the UK to drive enterprise AI deployments and lead customer engagements across complex ServiceNow environments.

You will act as the primary advisor, ensuring successful adoption of Moveworks and ServiceNow EmployeeWorks solutions, with hands-on experience in system integrations via REST and SOAP.

This role requires 3+ years in ServiceNow delivery, strong stakeholder management, and full working rights in the UK.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow delivery, consulting, implementation, or customer-facing technical leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading enterprise software implementations and managing customer stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience implementing system integrations via REST and/or SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk) and identity systems (Okta, Active Directory, Entra ID).
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with enterprise identity platforms such as Okta or Active Directory.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language: Python, Java, PowerShell or Bash.
• Prior experience with NowAssist implementations.
• Understanding of ServiceNows AI offerings - AI Control Tower, Workflow Data Fabric.
• Implementation experience for at least 2 ServiceNow modules (e.g ITSM, HRSD).
• Advanced / Native English communication skills.
• Must have full working rights in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Work on end-to-end enterprise implementations, ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and customer outcomes.
• Partner with ServiceNow administrators, platform owners, architects, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
• Guide the design and implementation of integrations between Moveworks, ServiceNow, identity platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Establish best practices, playbooks, and repeatable processes that scale across customer engagements.
