Job summary

DGH Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions. You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust designs, configure workflows, UI policies and catalog items, and ensure secure, scalable deployments.

You will also embed Now Assist and AI Agents, collaborate on advanced use cases, and help define the platform's AI roadmap while maintaining comprehensive documentation and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

Typically, at least five years' hands-on experience designing, developing, configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
Ability to engage stakeholders and translate requirements into effective solutions; explain technical implications clearly to business and technical audiences.
Extensive experience configuring Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, access controls, notifications, forms and catalog items.
Certification in ServiceNow is desirable (Administrator/Developer/Implementation Specialist).

Responsibilities

Work with the Engagement Lead and stakeholders to translate requirements into solution designs.
Design, configure, develop and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, forms and catalogs.
Embed approved ServiceNow AI capabilities like Now Assist and AI Agents into solutions.
Collaborate on advanced agentic use cases and AI roadmap.
Design and support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation and ensure security, scalability and maintainability.
