Job summary

Netcompany is a leading UK technology firm delivering IT Transformation and Delivery services with a fast-growing backdrop. We seek a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop and maintain scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform with a strong emphasis on standard patterns and low customisation.

You will work autonomously in a senior capacity, contributing to multi-module implementations, API integrations, CMDB/data structures, and knowledge sharing within a small, delivery-focused team.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience across multiple modules (not limited to one area).
• Experience building integrations and working with APIs.
• Data foundations - mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure core capabilities (ITSM, CSM, Now Assist, EC/Portals, workflows, catalog, integrations, ITOM).
• Build reusable, scalable components using out-of-the-box functionality.
• Minimise customisation and avoid technical debt.
• Develop and maintain integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, external systems).
• Collaborate with architects to align on design standards and guardrails.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
