Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Staff AI Agent Engineer – Moveworks to accelerate product adoption and ensure customer success on the Moveworks ServiceNow Platform. You will translate complex business challenges into AI solutions, owning technical success from design to deployment.

You will work across customer success, product, and engineering, shaping the product roadmap while delivering high-impact AI capabilities.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in a technical role across multiple domains.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and coordinate teams.
Experience deploying AI/LLM solutions in enterprise settings.
Strong API integration and systems design skills.

Responsibilities

Full-stack Ownership: Partner with customers through the delivery lifecycle of AI Agents on the Moveworks ServiceNow Platform: Vision-Lock, Solution Design/Architecture, Building, Tuning, and launch.
Custom Solution Design: Architect and consult with customers to develop high-impact AI solutions on the Moveworks ServiceNow platform.
Integration and implementation: Integrate the Moveworks ServiceNow Platform with customer enterprise systems securely and efficiently.
Product Partnership: Collaborate with engineering and product teams on new rollouts and synthesize feedback to influence the platform.
Strategic Autonomy: Advise customers and shape their AI roadmap with creative solution design.
