Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a technical role or 6+ years with advanced degree.
• Demonstrated ability to operate across multiple business functions or technical domains.
• Experience designing, building and launching full-stack workflows and automations via REST APIs or iPaaS tools.
• Strong judgment to drive results across cross-functional problems.
• Experience leading projects with broad internal/external stakeholders.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack ownership of AI Agents delivery lifecycle on Moveworks ServiceNow Platform.
• Architect and design high-impact AI solutions leveraging AI in novel ways.
• Integrate the Moveworks ServiceNow Platform with customer enterprise systems securely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on new rollouts and feedback-driven improvements.
• Advise customers and shape their AI roadmap with strategic guidance.
