Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking Enterprise Architects to join our UK IT team. The Enterprise Architecture Team is part of our pre-sales solution consulting group focused on building credibility with the CIO/CTO level by delivering cross-functional strategies and architectural solutions on the platform of platforms vision.

You will lead workshops, communicate high-level architectures, and translate customer business needs into value with ServiceNow’s single cloud platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail or Service Industries in a strategic architecture presales role.
• Experience in integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities to meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customer executives in the Enterprise Industry team.
• Identify pain points and translate them into Solutions from ServiceNow.
• Work in a fast-moving, dynamic presales environment with customers, colleagues and partners.
• Lead architecture and design engagements to demonstrate how ServiceNow meets customer needs.
• Understand the customer business and digital strategy and articulate value delivered by ServiceNow.
