Job summary

DGH Recruitment is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions. You will embed AI capabilities like Now Assist and AI Agents and work with the ServiceNow team on complex integrations.

Ideal candidates will have five years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong architecture knowledge, and a proven ability to engage stakeholders in solution design workshops. Certifications are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Five+ years hands-on experience designing, developing, configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions across full lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions and catalog items.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and translate requirements into effective solutions for business and technical audiences.
• Experience embedding Now Assist and AI Agents into solutions is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Translate agreed requirements into functional and technical solution designs, facilitating workshops when appropriate.
• Design, configure, develop and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, forms and catalog items.
• Embed approved ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist and AI Agents, into new and existing solutions.
• Collaborate with the Principal ServiceNow Developer on advanced use cases and complex integrations.
• Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation, ensuring security, scalability and ease of upgrade.
